3+ years of work experience in a NOC or technical support environment.
Actively monitor customer network infrastructure using established NOC tools to identify issues and respond to alarms with increased autonomy and speed.
4‐7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
