AI - Amazon Designer

Design high-converting Amazon listing images and A+ Content that help brands stand out and drive sales. This role also involves working directly with clients, managing design communication, and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong creative skills with the ability to use AI design tools to work efficiently.

Turn product features into visuals that make shoppers stop scrolling and start buying. In this role, you blend creativity, strategy, and AI-powered tools to design impactful Amazon content while acting as the bridge between client ideas and compelling visuals.

Day-to-Day Tasks

● Design high-converting Amazon listing images and A+ Content aligned with Amazon best practices and brand strategy.

● Own the visual strategy and rebranding of products, proactively proposing creative directions and improvements.

● Use AI design and image-generation tools to develop concepts, create visuals, and accelerate the design workflow.

● Combine AI-generated assets with traditional design skills to produce polished, realistic, and professional final designs.

● Work directly with CSMs and EU/US clients to understand requirements, communicate concepts, and translate feedback into effective designs.

● Manage projects independently from concept to final delivery, with minimal supervision or hand-holding.

● Ensure first drafts are approximately 80% polished and launch-ready, minimizing unnecessary revisions and rework.

● Perform final quality checks to ensure designs meet Amazon standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.

Our Requirements

● Proven experience designing Amazon product listings and A+ Content.

● Strong proficiency in AI-powered design and image-generation tools, including effective prompt writing.

● Proven experience working with EU and/or US clients.

● Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

● Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

● Highly proactive, strategic, and autonomous, with the ability to make decisions and propose solutions independently.

● Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for design quality.

● Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Compensation USD: $600-$750 (depending on meetings KPIs standards)
