Website Developer

We are looking for a Website Developer with strong hands-on experience in WordPress + Elementor, website performance, Core Web Vitals and technical SEO.

The immediate focus will be the WordPress website, but we are also building a broader technology ecosystem. Therefore, knowledge of modern technologies such as Next.js, Supabase, Vercel and AI-assisted coding will be a strong advantage.

For the right candidate, this can evolve into a long-term full-time role with responsibilities across WordPress, web applications and product development.

• Develop, maintain and optimize the website using WordPress + Elementor.
• Build high-quality, responsive and conversion-focused landing pages.
• Create reusable Elementor sections, templates and components.
• Maintain consistent UI/UX across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Implement custom CSS, HTML and JavaScript where required.
• Troubleshoot Elementor, WordPress theme and plugin conflicts.
• Build scalable page structures for a large number of SEO landing pages.
• Ensure all pages work correctly across major browsers and devices.

• CLS
• TTFB
• Page load time
• Mobile PageSpeed performance

The developer should be able to identify the actual cause of a performance issue rather than simply recommending a hosting upgrade.

The developer should be capable of creating scalable WordPress page systems rather than manually designing every page individually.

Experience with dynamic content, custom fields, templates, custom post types or programmatic page generation will be a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
