Job Title: Telecaller / Data Entry – Work From Home

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or data entry may also be considered.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, lead generation, data entry, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers may also apply if they have good communication, customer-handling, and convincing skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain the company’s products and services clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting potential customers into sales.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
• Record call details, customer responses, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Collect customer information and relevant business data.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Perform data entry and ensure customer records are accurate and up to date.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Respect customer privacy and follow applicable telemarketing and Do Not Call requirements.

• Tamil – Required

Additional Languages – Advantage

Candidates who can communicate in any of the following Indian languages will have an advantage:

• Malayalam
• Kannada
• Telugu

Knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage, particularly when handling customers from different states of India.
