Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Process invoices, payments and financial transactions accurately.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Maintain accurate finance records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations.
• Respond to routine finance-related queries.
• Support the wider finance team with administrative and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and financial data.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business is advantageous but not essential.
