Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives and coordinate multiple technical workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong program management expertise, a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and the ability to work effectively with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Program Management within large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , including development, testing, deployment, and production support processes.
- Experience managing multiple technical workstreams , complex dependencies, milestones, risks, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, executives, and senior leadership .
- Experience driving program planning, execution, governance, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Exposure to AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Infrastructure, Enterprise Technology, or other large-scale technology initiatives is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives to successful completion in complex enterprise environments.
- Financial Services or Banking domain experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
