Job Description
We’re looking for an AI Quality Analyst to join an AI/ML Platform team and help evaluate the quality and performance of LLM-based agents .
📍 Location: Hyderabad, India | Hybrid
⏳ Contract: 12 Months
💼 Experience: 3+ years in QA, data annotation, analytics, or similar roles
🤖 Key Skills: LLM/Chatbot evaluation, Python, SQL, RAG, tool calling & AI agents
🔍 Responsibilities: Run evaluation sets, review AI outputs, curate ground truth, identify root causes, and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
⭐ Plus: Experience with Langfuse, Arize Phoenix, or similar AI evaluation/tracing tools
🗣️ Strong English communication and willingness to overlap with US working hours required.
