What You’ll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, reasoning, completeness, and clarity.
• Review chemical engineering calculations, assumptions, and process reasoning.
• Identify factual errors, incorrect assumptions, unit inconsistencies, missing constraints, and unsafe recommendations.
• Evaluate AI responses across areas such as:
• Material & Energy Balances
• Thermodynamics & Phase Behaviour
• Heat & Mass Transfer
• Fluid Mechanics
• Reaction Engineering
• Distillation & Separation Processes
• Unit Operations
• Process Control
• Process Safety
• Scale-up, Manufacturing & Troubleshooting
• Review and refine AI-generated technical prompts, explanations, and step-by-step engineering solutions.
• Provide structured expert feedback to improve AI-generated chemical engineering content.
• Help ensure AI responses follow sound engineering principles and appropriate safety considerations.

Who We’re Looking For

* 4+ years of professional Chemical engineering experience
* Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field
* Strong knowledge of chemical engineering fundamentals
* Excellent engineering calculation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to evaluate assumptions, constraints, uncertainty, and safety considerations. *Experience with process design, plant/operations engineering, process safety, manufacturing, scale-up, utilities, EHS, quality, R&D, or related areas is valuable.
* Familiarity with PFDs/P&IDs, Aspen Plus/HYSYS, CHEMCAD, HAZOP/LOPA, PSM documentation, or SOPs is a plus.
* Previous AI training, annotation, red-teaming, or AI content evaluation experience is a plus.
