• 120-150k with bonus

Responsibilities include:

• Complex calendar and travel management for senior executives
• Serving as a trusted liaison across internal teams and external partners
• Managing correspondence, meeting preparation, and day-to-day administrative operations
• Handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of EA experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership, ideally within financial services
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• A polished, professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to operate with grace under pressure in a demanding environment
