IMMEDIATE START TEMP ROLE

We’re partnering with a global fashion retailer to find a Merchandise Admin Assistant (MAA) to join one of their dynamic merchandising teams in London. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about retail and available to start immediately, this is a great opportunity to join and support one of the merchandising teams.

The Role:

As an MAA , you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. Your responsibilities will include:

✔️ General admin for the merchandising team

✔️ Reporting into the assistant merchandiser.

✔️ Liaising with suppliers, logistics teams, and stores to ensure smooth product flow.

✔️ Managing stock allocations and transfers to optimize product availability.

✔️ Supporting the team with sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

About You:

✅ Previous experience within an analytical role such as merchandising, allocation, buying or wholesale at a similar level within a retail head office

✅ A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.

✅ Strong numerical and Excel skills.

✅ A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

✅ A team player with great communication skills and a proactive approach.
