We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Security & Infrastructure professional to support enterprise IT applications and infrastructure documentation within an HRA environment.

🔑 Required Experience – 4+ Years

• Enterprise IT / Infrastructure Technical Writing
• DEV, QA & PROD multi-environment architecture
• BOMs, System Architecture Documents & Operational Runbooks
• Networking: IP addressing, ports, protocols & firewalls
• Security Accreditation & Compliance Documentation
• ITIL processes & Enterprise Governance
• MS Office, Visio or similar diagramming tools
• Confluence / SharePoint and documentation platforms
• Strong analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical artifacts for enterprise applications
• Prepare application inventories across DEV, QA & PROD
• Develop and review Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Create standardized Runbooks, Architecture Documents & Security Accreditation artifacts
• Prepare and submit inbound/outbound firewall rules
• Verify infrastructure components against approved architecture designs
• Establish documentation standards, templates and governance processes
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture & Operations teams
