Job Description:
The SenSei AIOps platform relies entirely on a trustworthy, real-time model of “what’s actually running where.” As part of the OneGS 3.0 transformation, this role owns the knowledge graph, operational ontology, and semantic layer that connects fragmented infrastructure data into one coherent, live picture. You will orchestrate the data ecosystem and entity resolution engines that autonomous AI agents actively depend on to make split-second operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect the Semantic Layer — Design and scale the live knowledge graph and operational ontology, ensuring it accurately reflects dynamic global infrastructure states
- Dynamic Data Reconciliation — Lead entity and data orchestration by actively reconciling conflicting data from multiple disparate topology and telemetry systems into unified semantic linkages
- Ensure Data Reliability for AI — Build low-latency data pipelines that transform static asset models into real-time, highly reliable data substrates capable of feeding active agent reasoning
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years of recent, hands-on work building production knowledge graphs, ontologies, or semantic layers that actively powered live AI products
- Direct experience with complex entity resolution and data orchestration — connecting, reconciling, and linking messy data across systems, not just modeling a single clean source
- Proven experience at an AI-native scale-up or major tech firm (e.g., Meta, NVIDIA, AWS, Google/Gemini)
- Strong track record taking a system from “works in a demo” to “trusted at production scale,” including owning data-quality and reconciliation engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with observability and ITSM-adjacent data — network topology, system telemetry, asset management, and CMDB-style data
