Office Hours Monday - Friday
Mon & Wed: 9:00am - 12:00pm & 1:30pm - 5:30pm Tues: 10am -1pm
Thurs: 12pm - 6pm
Fridays: 9:00am- 2:30pm

Job Types: Part-time position 28 to 32 hrs weekly

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Clinical Administrative Assistant & Team Leader to manage our front office and support our clinical team. This multifaceted role requires a proactive professional who seamlessly bridges the gap between practice administration and hands-on patient care. As the face of our practice, you will oversee daily operations, manage patient relationships, and directly assist our doctors with advanced therapeutic modalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice Administration: Manage the front desk, coordinate doctor and patient schedules, oversee patient ledgers/billing, and handle collections and co-pays and process insurance billing, posting payments etc.
• Patient Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing patients, managing check-ins/check-outs and digital communications (emails, newsletters, and marketing outreach).
• Clinical Support: Assist practitioner with the hands-on application of therapies, modalities, and exercise instruction under doctor supervision.
• Team Leadership: Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and drive operational efficiency to support practice growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or Chiropractic Assistant is highly preferred or working as a health care team member .
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, English is required.
• Attributes: Strong leadership potential, excellent multitasking abilities, and an enthusiastic, patient-centric personality.
• Professionalism: Exceptional organizational skills, strict punctuality, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
