Remote District Manager - High-Ticket Web & AI Services

Vanta Industries is hiring a Remote District Manager to lead and scale a portion of our sales organization.

We help businesses improve their online presence through premium websites, digital infrastructure, AI automation, and customer acquisition solutions.

Your role is to own the production of the setter and closer teams under you. You recruit, train, hold people accountable, and drive daily output.

What You’ll Do

• Lead setter managers and closer managers within your district
• Own district revenue targets and daily activity standards
• Run daily and weekly team meetings, trainings, and call reviews
• Review recorded calls and coach reps on scripts and objection handling
• Track individual and team KPIs and act on the numbers
• Interview, onboard, and ramp new reps
• Manage underperformance directly and quickly
• Escalate blockers to regional leadership
• Keep CRM data accurate across your district

Compensation

This is a leadership position with uncapped earning potential tied to the production of your district.

District Managers can also earn through:

• Team production overrides
• Performance tiers
• Producer bonuses
• Recurring client revenue
• Advancement into regional leadership

Estimated annual earnings: $75,000 to $300,000+ depending on district performance.

Top performers have the ability to earn beyond the listed range.

Who We’re Looking For

Prior sales management experience is required for this role.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced managing a sales team and hitting a number
• Comfortable holding people accountable
• Strong on the phone and able to lead by example
• Organized enough to run a team without being managed
• Confident coaching scripts and objection handling
• Motivated by performance-based compensation
• Interested in building a long-term career in sales leadership

Experience leading teams in appointment setting, high-ticket sales, real estate, insurance, solar, SaaS, or call center environments is a plus.
