ServiceNow Consultant – FinTech / Banking | Agentic AI & MCP

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services experience to help modernize enterprise ServiceNow platforms and implement next-generation AI-driven workflow automation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong ServiceNow development and architecture expertise with experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI Agents, APIs, and enterprise integration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Modernize legacy ServiceNow platforms, workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Design and implement solutions using ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, IRM/GRC, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine, and Service Catalog.
• Build secure integrations between ServiceNow, banking systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Design Agentic AI workflows and AI agents integrated with ServiceNow.
• Implement MCP-based integrations enabling governed AI-agent access to enterprise tools, APIs, knowledge, and workflows.
• Implement AI guardrails, human approvals, access controls, auditability, and observability.
• Support ServiceNow Now Assist / Generative AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with banking operations, engineering, security, risk, and compliance teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow development/consulting expertise.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, REST APIs, JavaScript, OAuth/OIDC, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform modernization.
• Strong Banking / FinTech / Payments / Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience or strong technical knowledge of Agentic AI, MCP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Tool Calling, and AI Guardrails.
• Understanding of security, compliance, risk, and audit requirements in regulated environments.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP experience is preferred.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or CTA are preferred.

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
