AI Growth Marketer

New York, onsite 5 days. $160,000 to $240,000 base plus equity.

A pre-seed legal AI company is building the most accurate contract AI agent on the market. Five people, YC backed, $1.9M raised, with enterprise customers in banking, healthcare and manufacturing already converting from proof of concept to purchase at over 90%. The company operates independently inside a larger enterprise software organisation, which means startup speed with enterprise distribution.

They’re hiring their first dedicated marketer.

What you’ll do

• Build and run an AI powered experimentation engine. Spin up a fleet of agents using Claude Code or equivalents to generate, launch and evaluate top of funnel experiments across messaging, channels, creative and acquisition cost, at a pace a human only team can’t match.
• Own growth end to end. Design experiments with clear hypotheses across paid (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit), organic, SEO/AEO, lifecycle and partnerships. Track spend, conversions, leads and deals created, and map it back to pipeline and ARR.
• Make the content yourself. Script, shoot and edit 90 second product videos, build ad creative, launch assets, landing pages and campaign copy aimed at technical enterprise buyers in legal, procurement and GTM ops. No agencies.
• Build your own data stack. Pull your own numbers, centralise across channels, build the dashboards, report on outcomes rather than impressions.
• Benchmark the market. Track what other players in legal tech and contract AI are doing and feed it back into positioning and ICP.
• Work directly with the founders. Sit in roadmap conversations, bring market signal back, shape what gets built and how it’s sold.

What they’re looking for

• 5 to 8 years in growth marketing, product marketing or marketing operations
• B2B experience: enterprise, technical B2B or B2B SaaS
• Experience at an AI native company, or as a founder of an AI native marketing agency, with real evidence you can build agent workflows
• Hands on with vibe coding, light scripting, prompting, Claude Code or OpenAI equivalents
• Able to design experiments, iterate on positioning and ICP, and pull your own data
• Able to produce video and written assets end to end
• A builder, not a consultant

Nice to have

• Founder or early stage startup background
• Legal tech or enterprise B2B experience
