Nocturyn gives qualified clinicians another way to practice during evening and overnight hours while maintaining control of their own independent practices.

This is an independent practice opportunity, not employment or a fixed hourly position.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Nocturyn operates from 4 PM to 4 AM Eastern, seven days a week.

That is an operating window, not a 12-hour shift.

Your availability: You choose when your Practice is available. There are no minimum hours or required shifts.

Your rates: Your Practice independently establishes the clinical rates charged to patients. Nocturyn does not set your clinical rates or pay you a fixed hourly amount.

Your practice: You practice through your own eligible professional entity and remain responsible for your clinical decisions and services.

Your payments: The model is cash pay. Patient clinical payments are made directly to your Practice.

Patient volume, appointments, referrals, and revenue are not guaranteed.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are currently accepting applications from Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), and Sleep Medicine Physicians.

We are particularly interested in Adult Psychiatry, Sleep-focused Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, Reproductive Psychiatry, Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, and Sleep Medicine.

Florida and New York are our initial markets. Clinicians licensed in both states are especially encouraged to apply.

WHAT NOCTURYN ADDS

Independent practice does not have to mean building every piece alone.

Nocturyn supports the nonclinical environment surrounding patient access, including patient discovery, scheduling and intake coordination, technology support, eligible administrative support, human assistance during operating hours, ongoing training, and professional development.

Your Practice remains independently owned and operated. You control your availability, clinical decisions, and clinical rates.

BUILD YOUR PRACTICE YOUR WAY

You may start solo and stay solo.

Eligible participating practices may also have opportunities to expand over time by adding clinicians, states, specialties, or other approved practice growth.

Qualified clinicians may also choose to be considered for other professional opportunities through The Eminent Network as they become available. Additional opportunities are selective and are not guaranteed.

There is no traditional job interview because this is not a traditional job.

Initial Florida and New York activation groups are planned for October 26, November 2, and November 9, 2026.

Apply by October 1 for priority consideration for early activation.
