Job Description

1. About 25xTalent

25xTalent (previously 25x25) supports its community of members with its skills-based framework, diagnostic tools and proprietary research, leveraging the insights of over 2,500 expert leaders across 780 companies globally.

We support members across a broader set of talent planning challenges, including: expert skills gaps, talent pipeline analysis, executive gender balance and general leadership succession and talent planning, using our Pathways to CEO methodology, a skills-based framework developed over five years with the top leaders at 580 companies globally, focussed on effective adoption metrics and driving change-management and enterprise learning.

25xTalent was launched in 2021 to help organisations improve their executive gender-balance. As new technologies, such as AI, disrupt business processes talent planning will need to adapt fast. Historical patterns, skills and experience will not be sufficient to address future needs. 25xTalent’s strategic approach, referencing current case studies, provides leadership teams with dynamic diagnostics on how pipelines can be refreshed and replenished and how new skills can be embedded into companies’ culture.
