Creative + Engineer + Marketing + Fun (m/f/x)

You know that feeling when a kid sees a Chillafish toy for the first time? That “I NEED that” spark, the one that makes them tug on a parent’s sleeve in the toy aisle? That’s what we build every day. And now we need someone who can bottle that same magic and put it in front of the right people, at the right time, on the right screen. We’re not looking for a marketer. We’re not looking for an engineer. We’re looking for the rare human who is both, someone who can storyboard a campaign on Monday, shoot and edit it on Tuesday, and have it running as a fully optimized, retargeted, AI-tuned ad machine by Friday. What you’ll actually be doing:

• The Creative Side
• Dream up and produce campaigns that stop the scroll: video, graphics, product content, the works
• Shoot, edit, and design assets that make our ride-on toys look as fun as they are to ride
• Keep our brand voice loud, playful, and unmistakably across every channel
• The Engineering Side
• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns, from keyword strategy to bid optimization
• Own our SEO game; technical, on-page, and content-driven
• Set up and refine Instagram/Meta retargeting funnels that actually convert
• Get hands-on with AI tools to optimize targeting, creative testing, and campaign performance
• Track, measure, and relentlessly improve what’s working (and kill what isn’t)
• The Fun Side
• Because if it’s not fun to make, it won’t be fun to watch, and we take that seriously

What you bring:

• A portfolio or track record that shows you can make things, not just brief them out
• Real hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO tooling, and social ad platforms
• Comfort with AI-driven marketing tools (or the hunger to master them fast)
• An eye for design and storytelling that doesn’t need a creative director standing over your shoulder
• A builder’s mindset: you’d rather ship a scrappy version today than wait for a perfect one next month
• Fluent English; Dutch/French is a plus
