Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot / AI Solution Architect to help partners design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale intelligent agents using Microsoft’s AI and productivity ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide partners in building Agent advisory practices.
• Design, build, and deploy sophisticated enterprise AI agents.
• Provide architectural guidance for System Integrators.
• Conduct architecture trainings and technical camps.
• Help partners overcome technical roadblocks.
• Identify product gaps and provide feedback to product teams.
• Develop and publish best practices, whitepapers, blogs, videos, and tools.
• Collaborate with Microsoft sales, partners, CSAs, services, operations, and customer-success teams.
• Architect scalable, secure, and innovative AI agent solutions.

• Minimum 4 years of software development / consulting / customer success / software delivery experience.
