Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Development Services. The candidate will be responsible for application support, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and resolving technical issues across business applications.

The role also requires a good understanding of Native AI , Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI Evaluation Frameworks, with the ability to align AI capabilities with business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work independently and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Participate actively in team discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and technical issues.
  • Monitor application performance and identify potential issues.
  • Support incident management and troubleshooting activities.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support continuous improvement of applications and processes.
  • Apply AI capabilities where relevant to improve business and technical outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Development Services.
  • Good understanding of Google Cloud architecture and services.
  • Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Experience with incident management and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of Native AI and Agentic AI.
  • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Evaluation Frameworks.
  • Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Google Cloud Development Services
  • Strong knowledge of Google Cloud
  • 15 years of full-time education
