E-Commerce & SEO Manager — POS, AI & Product Management

Romantic Depot® is an established New York metropolitan-area retail and e-commerce company focused on sexual health, wellness, intimacy and relationships. For more than 26 years, we have built a substantial omnichannel business with 12 brick-and-mortar stores and RomanticDepot.com.

We are now preparing our 13th location in the Times Square/Midtown Manhattan area, targeting a grand opening around Christmas 2026 or Valentine’s Day 2027.

We are expanding our internal digital team and seeking a talented, hands-on E-Commerce & SEO Manager to work on-site with our team in Rockland County, New York .

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize products in WooCommerce and WordPress

• Maintain product data within our POS system

• Manage SKUs, UPCs, pricing, categories, attributes and inventory information

• Optimize product and category pages for organic search

• Work with Google Search Console and GA4

• Identify indexing, crawling, duplicate-content and metadata issues

• Improve site architecture and internal linking

• Assist with structured data/schema implementation

• Support technical SEO projects with our developers

• Manage Local SEO and Google Business Profile information

• Conduct keyword and competitive research

• Support CRO and customer-experience improvements

• Assist with GEO/AEO and AI-search optimization for ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI and other emerging search platforms

• Use ChatGPT and other approved AI tools for research, organization and content assistance

• Maintain product feeds, spreadsheets and digital assets

• Coordinate directly with developers and outside specialists

• Track projects and follow assignments through completion

• Measure improvements in organic visibility, conversions and e-commerce performance

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who is hands-on, organized, analytical, dependable and comfortable with technology.

Experience with several of the following is strongly preferred:

• SEO and Technical SEO

• WooCommerce / WordPress

• Shopify or other e-commerce platforms

• POS systems, preferably Lightspeed

• Google Search Console

• Google Analytics / GA4

• Local SEO / Google Business Profiles

• E-commerce product catalogs

• Product feeds and digital merchandising

• CRO / A/B testing

• Excel / Google Sheets

• ChatGPT and AI tools

• GEO/AEO / AI Search

You do not need to know everything on day one. We value people who learn quickly, take ownership, communicate clearly and produce measurable results.

Sexual Health & Wellness Experience Is a Plus

Previous professional experience with sexual health, sexual wellness, intimacy products, women’s health, men’s health, reproductive health, personal care, beauty, healthcare or wellness products is a significant plus but is not required .

Candidates with experience working for sexual-wellness manufacturers, retailers, brands or e-commerce businesses are especially encouraged to apply.
