Your New Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join our Strategy & Transformation team. This is more than a traditional administration role. You’ll be a trusted partner who helps keep our leaders, teams and key initiatives running smoothly while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

You’ll support senior leaders across Strategy, Transformation and Value Management, helping coordinate key activities that enable enterprise-wide planning, prioritisation and transformation initiatives. You’ll be at the centre of important business activities, connecting people, managing competing priorities and creating exceptional experiences for stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Sydney CBD location
  • 12-Month Parental Leave Cover

You’ll play a critical role in enabling team success through:

  • Providing executive and administrative support to senior leaders
  • Coordinating meetings, workshops, planning events and business forums
  • Managing calendars, communications, travel arrangements and team logistics
  • Supporting governance activities, board papers and leadership meetings
  • Assisting with financial administration, vendor management and procurement activities
  • Coordinating onboarding, learning and development initiatives
  • Driving team engagement, recognition, culture and wellbeing activities
  • Building strong partnerships across the broader Executive and Team Assistant community
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

How do you exceed our expectations?

We’re interested in more than what’s written on your resume.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong capability with curiosity, adaptability and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

If you have a growth mindset, team player attitude and take proactive ownership to get things done in a fast moving environment where priorities can change, you would be the right person for this role.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or business coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
