Job Description
Young Scholars is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin and English to support our students, parents, and daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with parents and students in Mandarin and English
- Answer calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Assist with scheduling, registration, attendance, and payments
- Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and staff
- Support daily administrative and front-desk operations
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computers and Google/Microsoft Office
- Administrative or education experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
