Job Title: Software Development Engineer 2 - Frontend

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

What you will do:

• Hands-on coding - exposure to cutting-edge frontend and backend tech.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of components for the products.
• Craft APIs, RPCs, and streamlining topologies that are simple, and efficient.
• Ensure excellence in engineering.
• Mentor engineers in the team.

Who you are:

• Degree in the computer science field with 4-6 years of experience building large scalable systems.
• Excellent computer science skills including data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on programming experience in languages like Typescript, JavaScript (frameworks like React and Vue are a huge plus), and Node.js.
• Knowledge/experience on Svelte is a huge plus.
• Exposure to HTML5/CSS3 and build responsive UI for web/mobile form factors.
• Tailwind is a must to know. Advanced CSS, like SCSS and SASS, are preferred.
• Knowledge of Web pack bundling libraries is required.
• Exposure to Object Oriented Design/Programming and a clear understanding of modern programming constructs like closures, async programming, etc.
• Problem-solving / analytical skills.
• Exposure to high-level hygiene guidelines like the one described in the 12-factor app.
• Metrics obsession.
