Location: Remote (U.S.) Employment Type: Full-Time

Contract: 6 months

Rate Range: $100/hour to $140/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

As the firm continues to scale, they are investing heavily in AI-driven solutions to transform how investment opportunities are evaluated, prioritized, and acted upon.

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer who is excited about applying machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI to solve complex business challenges. This is a highly visible role where you’ll help design and build intelligent systems that directly influence strategic investment decisions and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to improve business decision-making and workflow automation.
• Build intelligent recommendation systems that surface high-value opportunities and insights.
• Develop predictive models leveraging structured and unstructured datasets.
• Create feedback-loop mechanisms that continuously improve model performance and recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and implement solutions that deliver meaningful business impact.
• Enhance existing data platforms and integrate AI capabilities into core business workflows.
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain production AI/ML systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, NLP, or generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and cloud environments.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience owning projects from concept through implementation and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or workflow automation.
• Experience designing systems that learn from user behavior, feedback loops, and historical outcomes.
• Familiarity with CRM, enterprise data platforms, and data integration strategies.
• Experience in financial services, venture capital, private equity, fintech, or other data-intensive industries.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, and production deployment best practices.
