Job Description
𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
Lead the creative direction and development of towel collections for international markets.
Develop innovative towel designs, patterns, borders, jacquards, dobby designs, textures, and colorways.
Global trends and customer requirements into successful designs.
Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and collection directions.
Collaborate with merchandising, product development, technical, and production teams.
Conduct market and trend research across U.S. and international.
Provide creative leadership and contribute to the overall design vision of the organization.
𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Design or a related field.
𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:
8–10 years of professional experience in towel design.
Proven expertise in developing towel collections for international markets.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity and successful towel designs.
Experience working with international customers, brands, or home-textile markets is highly preferred.
