This is a role that requires a very specific set of experience, knowledge and exposure. If you don’t have it, you’ll know by the end of this post.

You’ll be supporting a Founder who is building at a pace most businesses will never come close to. They’ve appeared on league tables. They’ve been publicly acknowledged, praised, and celebrated.

And they’re not slowing down.

The Founder is intense. They work a LOT. They have a window of opportunity in their life to take this business to its full potential. It is their number one focus. Everything else comes second.

To be part of this conversation, I need to be blunt. You’re going to need certain things.

Not a UHNWI. Not a Finance principal. A Founder. Someone building something. Someone whose priorities shift fast, whose calendar is a battleground, whose business is their life. If you’ve done it, you know the difference. If you haven’t, this isn’t the role to learn.

You don’t just manage chaos. You prevent it. You build systems that survive without you. You’ll be able to walk me through exactly how you’ve done this. Not in buzzwords. In detail.
