📍 East Coast USA | Remote + Client Travel

💰 $100 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced client-facing workshop facilitator to work with major enterprise organisations across the East Coast, helping them rethink how they engage customers through business messaging, conversational AI and agentic AI .

This is a highly visible, client-facing role. You’ll lead collaborative workshops that take organisations from traditional, rules-based customer journeys towards more intelligent, intent-led conversations.

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Strong experience facilitating workshops with enterprise clients

🔹 Background in CX, service design, customer journey mapping, digital transformation or conversational AI

🔹 Good understanding of WhatsApp, SMS, chatbots or digital messaging channels

🔹 Exposure to AI agents / agentic AI is highly desirable

🔹 Confident engaging senior and mixed stakeholder groups

🔹 Experience within retail, financial services, travel or ecommerce would be particularly relevant

🔹 Comfortable turning ambiguity into clear use cases, decisions and next steps

🔹 Strong with tools such as Miro, Teams and Google Workspace

You don’t need to be an AI engineer. We’re looking for someone who understands customers, conversations and facilitation and can quickly get to grips with emerging technology.

✈️ Travel: Regular travel to enterprise client locations, predominantly across the East Coast . All travel costs are covered.

💻 You’ll work remotely between client engagements and must have your own professional remote-working setup.
