QISA Money is a multilingual financial and tax technology platform being developed to make tax preparation and financial services easier and more accessible for diverse communities in the United States.

RamGrows Fin. Corp. serves multilingual communities through our offices in Brooklyn, New York and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

For the upcoming tax season, our goal is to build a large-scale multilingual social-media presence capable of reaching and converting thousands of taxpayers.

We are looking for an exceptional AI Content Production Manager who can build and operate a highly automated content-production system — not simply edit videos manually.

The Mission

The successful candidate will help QISA Money build a multilingual digital media operation capable of producing up to approximately 300 short-form video assets per week across multiple languages, platforms, presenters, and creative formats.

The main objectives are to transform our existing natural videos into multilingual versions, develop several recognizable AI brand ambassadors for different communities, distribute content across major social platforms, and help QISA Money attract at least 10,000 taxpayers during tax season.

The 300-video target does not mean manually editing 300 completely unrelated videos. The person should build an intelligent production system where one strong master video can efficiently generate multiple localized versions using AI, templates, automation, and quality-control procedures.

Core Responsibilities

The AI Content Production Manager will manage the complete content pipeline from original video to published multilingual content.

Responsibilities will include translating and localizing existing RamGrows/QISA videos into as many as 10 languages; creating and maintaining several consistent AI presenters or brand ambassadors; producing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other channels; creating captions, hooks, subtitles, thumbnails, calls to action and platform-specific variations; developing automated workflows for transcription, translation, voice generation, avatar generation, editing, rendering, storage and scheduling; maintaining consistent branding across all QISA content; and tracking which languages, presenters, topics, hooks and platforms generate the strongest customer response.

The candidate will also be responsible for organizing language-quality review. We do not expect one person to personally speak all 10 languages. The Content Manager should know how to work efficiently with native-language reviewers when necessary.

The role will work closely with management on tax-season campaigns, educational content, immigrant-community outreach, tax reminders, financial-literacy content, QISA Money product promotions and customer acquisition.

AI Brand Ambassador Program

The person hired will help develop a group of permanent QISA Money AI personalities.

Rather than constantly generating random presenters, we want recognizable brand ambassadors with consistent appearances, voices, personalities and audiences.

For example, QISA may maintain dedicated ambassadors for Spanish-speaking audiences, Georgian-speaking audiences, Russian/Ukrainian audiences, Uzbek/Tajik communities, Urdu-speaking audiences and English-language content.

The candidate must be able to maintain visual and voice consistency so each ambassador becomes recognizable over time.

Required AI & Production Skills

The ideal candidate should already have practical experience with several tools in the modern AI-video ecosystem.

Preferred experience includes HeyGen or Synthesia for avatars and multilingual video, ElevenLabs or comparable AI voice technology, CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro for editing, Runway and other generative-video tools, ChatGPT or comparable LLM tools for scripting and localization, Canva or Adobe tools for visual assets, social-media scheduling platforms, and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n or similar workflow systems.

Experience with Veo, Kling, Pika, Captions, Descript, Midjourney, image-generation systems, APIs, Google Drive/Dropbox automation, Airtable/Notion content databases or social-media analytics tools is a major advantage.

We care more about whether the candidate can build an efficient content-production machine than whether they use one particular software product.
