• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 3 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience developing modern, responsive, and scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in React with experience building reusable and maintainable UI components.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, backend services, and third-party systems into frontend applications.
• Assist in designing and building a scalable design system with reusable components and consistent user experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders on product ideation and direction.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, requirements, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Define solutions for new and complex technical problems and take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects.
• Propose, demonstrate, and implement improvements to the frontend tooling, development processes, and technology stack.
• Experience working in fintech or building software solutions that connect multiple complex business processes is highly preferred; startup experience and a strong product mindset are a plus.
