About The Role We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, analyzing business and product requirements, and translating these insights into compelling, intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for clean, functional design and a strong grasp of UI/UX principles. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that enhance both the functional and emotional aspects of user experience. Your work will directly impact the usability and visual appeal of our applications, ensuring they are accessible, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, Web Application Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX and application or web design
• Deep understanding of UX, UI, visual design, and user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping
• Expertise in Figma or other modern UI/UX and prototyping tools
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and modern application design patterns
• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• Willingness to work remotely during the specified shift: 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, business, and product requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive user experiences and effective interface designs
• Establish and refine visual design styles, UI patterns, and design guidelines for applications and features
• Participate in user requirement gathering sessions and contribute to project documentation related to UX and visual design
• Create user-centered designs based on market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints
• Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Understand product specifications, user behavior, and psychology to craft engaging digital experiences
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user satisfaction
• Advocate for simple, intuitive, consistent, and accessible user experiences
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Ensure design consistency, usability, and visual quality across all applications
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, providing accurate time and effort estimates
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality
