Executive Assistant to Managing Partner: 100% Onsite

An entertainment law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to a Managing Partner for its Los Angeles-area office. The firm represents prominent clients across the entertainment and business communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant coming from a major talent agency, studio, entertainment company, or similarly high-profile environment. The Managing Partner works with a wide range of sophisticated clients and industry professionals, so the ideal candidate will be polished, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable interacting with celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, agents, managers, attorneys, and other entertainment industry professionals.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage a complex calendar and coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedule changes

• Answer and roll calls and manage high-volume communications

• Handle and coordinate email communications

• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including airfare, hotels, and ground transportation

• Assist with personal scheduling, travel, and other personal assistant responsibilities for the Partner and family

• Update client and contact information

• Plan and coordinate firm and client events, including firm celebrations and client closings

Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with overtime & requests after hours

• 40-hour workweek

• 100% onsite

Salary:

$95,000-$115,000

Benefits:
