It addresses the challenge of integrating AI to improve operational efficiency by reducing cycle times and manual effort. The company leverages reusable AI assets to drive measurable improvements and adoption within its teams.

About the Opportunity:

The AI ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST is responsible for transforming AI capabilities into operational improvements by identifying applicable business processes, developing and maintaining AI workflow assets, and promoting their adoption among users. This role bridges the gap between business needs and AI platform capabilities, ensuring that AI tools are effectively implemented and supported to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, test, and maintain reusable AI agents and skills for service delivery and internal tasks.
  • Configure and validate connectors between AI platforms and business systems.
  • Maintain a version-controlled library of AI workflow assets with comprehensive documentation.
  • Test assets for accuracy and consistency before release and after platform changes.
  • Retire or rebuild unreliable assets.
  • Interview process owners to document workflows and assess AI improvement opportunities.
  • Produce written assessments estimating effort, benefits, and data usage.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of AI enablement opportunities and report to IT leadership.
  • Onboard teams to AI workflow assets through walkthroughs, office hours, and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation and training materials for AI tools.
  • Track asset usage and adoption; follow up on low adoption to identify issues.
  • Provide first-line support for AI tooling questions and escalate platform issues.
  • Build workflows compliant with AI use, data handling, and classification policies.
  • Escalate use cases involving sensitive or customer data for governance review.
  • Review existing AI implementations for efficiency and resource use.
  • Report policy gaps, misuse patterns, and unauthorized AI tooling.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in business analyst, process improvement, IT enablement, solutions consulting, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience configuring AI assistants or agentic tooling, including prompt design and connector configuration.
  • Ability to read and modify Python or shell scripts and understand API documentation.
  • Proven experience documenting business processes and identifying breakdowns.
  • Strong written communication skills for producing assessments and training materials.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders skeptical of AI and recommend against AI when inappropriate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise AI platforms in administrative or enablement roles.
  • Familiarity with tool-integration patterns like Model Context Protocol.
  • Knowledge of data classification and handling in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to AI governance frameworks to recognize escalation needs.
  • Experience in technology or media technology sectors.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000, varying based on market, location, and qualifications.
  • The position may be eligible for incentive compensation including bonuses, equity, and benefits.
