About Us
Nothing is clearer to us than the belief that every woman should include strength training in her life to enhance both physical and mental well-being. It’s about building strong bodies and even stronger minds, asserting their right to take up space in the gym, and allowing the spotlight to shine bright on their progress.
To us, strength training represents a determined, goal-oriented mindset and an unwavering work ethic. We don’t wait for success; we create it through hard work and determination. When faced with challenges, we don’t back down; instead, we break through barriers, recognising that true progress lies on the other side.
These are the pillars that form the foundation of Oner Active. We consistently challenge ourselves to create innovative and impactful products, so that you can perform better. With our range of products and innovative approach, we provide a wide variety of colours to ensure that all skin tones genuinely radiate in Oner.
Our Purpose and Mission
We are on a mission to unite and empower women to be the strongest version of themselves through strength training. We want to inspire women to take centre stage in the gym by promoting strength training, which underpins all movement and sport, as a healthy foundation in life.
The Role
The Executive Assistant’s primary role is to be the right-hand person to the Founder, providing highly proactive, commercially aware and discreet executive support across the Founder’s business responsibilities.
This is a NYC-based role and the EA will be the Founder’s primary business support during the US working day. The role will work closely with the London team ensuring clear communication, strong follow-through and a seamless handover between the US and UK working days.
The role is focused on the Founder’s business responsibilities. Personal and household support is managed separately, with the EA working alongside the relevant support where business and personal requirements overlap.
You’ll be responsible for:
Calendar & Executive Management
- Owning and managing the Founder’s business calendar, including meetings, calls, events, shoots, travel and key business commitments.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the Founder during the US working day and proactively managing priorities, changes and competing demands.
- Working closely with the London team and senior stakeholders to coordinate schedules across UK, US and international time zones.
- Planning the Founder’s calendar well in advance, mapping key meetings, launches, shoots, events and business priorities across global locations.
- Protecting the Founder’s time by understanding priorities, challenging meetings where appropriate and ensuring time is focused on the highest-value work.
- Preparing meeting agendas, briefing information and relevant documents, and ensuring actions and follow-ups are captured and progressed.
- Anticipating the Founder’s needs and proactively identifying potential conflicts, gaps or issues before they arise.
Founder & Leadership Support
- Supporting the Founder in operating effectively across the senior leadership team and wider business.
- Coordinating with Directors and Heads of Department to ensure the Founder has the information, decisions and materials required ahead of key meetings.
- Following up on agreed actions and commitments, helping ensure priorities continue to move forward after meetings.
- Supporting the flow of information between the Founder, NYC team and London team, including clear end-of-day handovers where required.
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and judgement.
- Helping reduce unnecessary noise around the Founder by acting as an effective gatekeeper and filtering requests according to priority and business need.
Travel & Logistics
- Planning and coordinating domestic and international business travel for the Founder, including flights, hotels, transfers and detailed itineraries.
- Managing complex travel across multiple time zones and ensuring the Founder has a seamless door-to-door experience.
