Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise LAN/WAN network solutions .
  • Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, Catalyst, Nexus, and wireless infrastructure .
  • Work with HPE/Aruba switching and wireless technologies .
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco ISE, NAC, and 802.1X .
  • Support SD-WAN, routing, switching, and enterprise wireless environments.
  • Lead network implementations, upgrades, migrations, and production changes.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and coordinate with vendors.
  • Perform network risk analysis and ensure compliance with security, HIPAA, and IT standards .
  • Create and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, and SOPs .
  • Provide after-hours/on-call support when required.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of Network Engineering experience .
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment .
  • Experience with Aruba/HPE switches and wireless .
  • Working knowledge of Cisco ISE, NAC, and 802.1X .
  • Experience with SD-WAN .
  • Strong LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless fundamentals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Middletown, NY and support after-hours activities.
