Personal Assistant and Admin Support

Entrepreneur looking for a confident and experienced PA. The ideal candidate would be able to work alongside the director, sometimes in high pressured environments, as well as remotely so must have initiative and self discipline to also work alone.

This role is only suited to someone with at least two years PA experience. They must be is capable of multi-tasking, working independently (fully taking on ownership of tasks) and has exceptional organisation skills.

You will be required to do everything from taking care of dry-cleaning errands, dealing with returns and post, to admin support and direct contact with clients across a number of different businesses. The individual will know how to help organise the director and very much become her right arm person.

· You must have your own laptop that is in good working order.

· Whilst Covid is still around you will be working from home more than usual, but will be expected to work with the director from her home as she requires this. As things return to normal you will be working with Sarah around 75% of the time

· 15 hours per week is required initially but this could extend fairly quickly to 20-25 hours per week. This will be broken up into 3 – 4 hour sessions this CANNOT be done all in one day.

· You MUST be experienced with Word, DropBox, LastPass, MailChimp, G-Mail, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and You-Tube. Anyone who does not have experience in all of these will not be considered.

· As the business has been adversely affected by Coronavirus, the starting rate is £10 per hour. This rate of pay will be reviewed January 2022 subject to business returning.

· Flexibility is key for this role as it is Part-time (10 hours a week) and working hours will be scheduled around the director’s busy agenda.

This is a self-employed position with a start date of the beginning of May (can be flexible for the right person).
