Role: ServiceNow Developer

Work Location: Remote

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Rate: $55–$60/hr W2

Experience: 10+ Years

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, integrations, upgrades, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflow automation, Service Catalog, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
  • Develop and maintain JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog solutions.
  • Develop and support REST and SOAP integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub and related integration technologies.
  • Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades and update cycles, including planning, testing, remediation, troubleshooting, and deployment.
  • Follow ServiceNow development standards, platform architecture principles, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide effective production support.
  • Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Maintain strong technical documentation and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • ServiceNow On-Premises environment experience.
  • Experience migrating ServiceNow environments between On-Premises and Cloud .
  • Infrastructure knowledge across Windows, Linux, networking, web servers, databases, MID Servers, and load balancing .
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM .
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or C++ .
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS .
