Job Description

Zetech Solutions is looking for a highly experienced WordPress/CMS Developer – Team Lead with strong website development, design, team management, and quality assurance skills.

The selected candidate will lead our development team, manage multiple website projects, review the work completed by other developers, and ensure every website meets our quality standards before client delivery.

This position is suitable for an experienced professional who can work with WordPress and other CMS platforms, guide developers, identify errors, and maintain high standards across design, functionality, responsiveness, and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the WordPress/CMS development team
• Assign tasks and monitor project deadlines
• Develop and customize professional CMS websites
• Review websites created by other developers
• Perform complete website QA before client delivery
• Check content for spelling, grammar, formatting, and consistency
• Identify and resolve design, layout, and functionality issues
• Ensure accurate implementation of client requirements
• Test websites on desktop, tablet, mobile, and major browsers
• Review forms, links, buttons, menus, popups, and integrations
• Maintain consistent fonts, colors, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Optimize websites for speed, security, SEO, and usability
• Provide technical guidance and feedback to team members
• Communicate project updates clearly with management

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional CMS development experience
• Strong expertise in WordPress and Elementor
• Experience with Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms
• Previous team leadership or project supervision experience
• Strong understanding of responsive website development
• Excellent design sense and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of UI/UX and modern website standards
• Ability to perform website QA and content proofreading
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Understanding of website speed, security, and basic SEO
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong WordPress/CMS portfolio is mandatory

Important

This is a full-time, on-site position. Apply only if you can work from our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 3 office from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical development, design review, and website QA test.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
