The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $135,000$155,000 base salary + equity
Industry: Early stage AI start up

Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed technology company redefining how AI agents are built. They are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner directly with the CEO and serve as a force multiplier across the organization.
This is not a traditional EA role. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about AI, embraces new tools before they become mainstream, and is constantly looking for ways to automate workflows, increase efficiency, and solve problems creatively.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the CEO to manage an ever-changing calendar, priorities, and communications.
- Anticipate needs, remove roadblocks, and keep the CEO focused on high-impact work.
- Build systems and workflows that leverage AI to improve efficiency and scale operations.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and occasional visits to the San Francisco office.
- Manage projects and follow through on critical action items.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner who is comfortable operating with limited structure in a rapidly evolving environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience supporting a Founder or C-level executive in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving within a small, collaborative team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to San Francisco as needed.
