Estimator/Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and drive the success of commercial construction projects from initial concept through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Essential Functions

• Perform quantity takeoffs for cold-formed metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and related specialties using The Edge estimating software
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates to secure new projects
• Manage bid-phase communications with clients and subcontractors
• Collaborate effectively with office and field teams
• Effectively manage projects from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience with metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical assemblies
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to accurately read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of all phases of commercial construction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with construction scheduling, project management, and estimating software
• Team-oriented with a desire to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to represent the company with professionalism

Pay: $68,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
