Job Description

Zetech Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Team Lead – WordPress Developer with strong development skills and an excellent understanding of modern website design.

The selected candidate will lead our WordPress development team, assign and monitor tasks, and review websites developed by other team members. They will be responsible for quality assurance, proofreading website content, identifying design and development issues, and ensuring every website is responsive, professional, functional, and ready for client delivery.

This position is strictly for experienced WordPress professionals who can lead a team and independently manage multiple website projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the WordPress development team
• Assign tasks and monitor project progress and deadlines
• Develop professional WordPress websites when required
• Review websites created by other developers
• Perform complete website quality assurance before delivery
• Proofread website content for spelling, grammar, formatting, and consistency
• Identify and fix layout, responsiveness, functionality, and design issues
• Ensure websites match the approved design and client requirements
• Maintain consistent colors, fonts, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Test websites across desktop, tablet, mobile, and major browsers
• Review forms, buttons, links, menus, animations, and other functionality
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, security, and usability
• Communicate clearly with developers, designers, and management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional WordPress development experience
• Previous experience managing or supervising developers is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, themes, and plugins
• Strong understanding of responsive website development
• Excellent design sense and attention to visual details
• Good understanding of UI/UX and modern website design standards
• Ability to perform website QA and identify small errors
• Good English proofreading and content-reviewing skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Understanding of website speed, security, and basic SEO
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A strong WordPress portfolio is mandatory

Important

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical WordPress development, design review, and QA test.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
