Job Description

We are looking for an Account Product Manager with a technical background and at least 1 year of experience in building or supporting app solutions.

  • This role is responsible for helping signed SME accounts move from sales to successful implementation. The Account Product Manager will manage customer onboarding, coordinate project delivery, align scope, track milestones, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and kickoff for new SME customers.
  • Turn customer requirements into clear delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Act as the main contact for clients during implementation.
  • Coordinate with technical, product, operations, and analyst teams.
  • Help ensure apps, workflows, agents, and solutions are configured based on the agreed client goals.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and support timely completion.
  • Assist with user activation, go-live readiness, and project closure.
  • Document recurring client needs and suggest improvements to onboarding and delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Technical background or experience working with app solutions, digital platforms, workflows, or automation tools.
  • At least 1 year of experience in app solution building, implementation, product support, project coordination, or client-facing digital delivery.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts or projects at the same time.
  • Good attention to detail and documentation.
  • Comfortable working with clients, internal teams, and changing project needs.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, CRM systems, workflow automation, or software implementation is a plus.
