Role Description This is a full-time remote/hybrid Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and layouts for branding projects, logos, digital campaigns, social media content, and marketing materials. Responsibilities include translating brand strategies into cohesive visual identities, developing design assets across print and digital platforms, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers, participating in brainstorming sessions, and presenting design concepts to internal teams and clients. The Graphic Designer will also refine typography, select imagery, and prepare final files optimized for various channels and formats.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create distinctive, scalable brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and pair typefaces that support brand voice and readability.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
• Portfolio showcasing diverse design work across digital and print, with clear examples of branding and campaign execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback, with a user-centered and culturally aware design mindset.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
