PROJECT DESCRIPTION: ITS serves all DSS program areas to fulfill their IT needs. To meet the business needs and ITS’ workload, ITS is seeking qualified candidates in the areas of Database design, architecture, and development, including base definition, structure, documentation, long-range requirements, operational guidelines, and protection. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools, such as base dictionaries. Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Formulates and monitors policies, procedures and standards relating to database management. Proposes and implements enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of various systems that ITS supports across DSS program areas.

Tasks & Duties

• Create and Develop Web Application Specifications
• Development and Delivery of web forms in ASP.NET, including C#, SQL Server, AngularJS and Node.js.
• Develop specifications for full-stack apps which include Web server, relational database, and client-side servers
• Design pattern specifications using object-oriented analysis/design
• Perform Testing/Evaluation
• Perform unit testing of programs and systems
• Perform Programs Review
• Monitor and implement information technology quality assurance standards.
• Co-ordinate Testing of application
• Develop test cases and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate QA testing and acceptance between QA staff, developers, and stakeholders.
• Implement information technology quality assurance standards.

Required Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

• Asp.net, C#, Angular JS, Bootstrap, SQL Server 2012.

• Mongo DB, Web APIs and RESTful web/cloud services.

• Real world delivery

• Working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Pivotal Products
