Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Web Designer at Apple SEO. The Web Designer is responsible for creating modern, user-centered website designs, including layouts, visual elements, and interactive components that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Day-to-day tasks include translating requirements and wireframes into responsive web pages, collaborating with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation, and optimizing designs for usability and performance. The role also involves preparing and refining graphics, conducting design reviews, iterating based on feedback and analytics, and maintaining consistency across desktop and mobile experiences. The Web Designer will work with cross-functional teams to support SEO, content, and marketing initiatives through effective interface and visual design.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with experience creating user-focused interfaces for multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Experience with Front-End Development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles, with the ability to apply best practices to real-world projects.
• Ability to interpret project requirements, create wireframes and mockups, and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Relevant experience in web or digital product design; a portfolio demonstrating responsive, modern, and accessible web designs.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SEO considerations in design, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and version control or design handoff tools.
