1. About Our Client:

This organization operates in the AI development infrastructure industry, focusing on enabling secure, consistent, and governed environments for human and AI-driven development workflows. It addresses the challenge enterprises face in evolving from human-only development to AI-assisted and autonomous workflows without compromising security, compliance, or performance. The company provides self-hosted, agent-ready workspaces that unify developer productivity and platform governance.

2. About the Opportunity:

The AI Enablement Engineer supports the execution of the Smart AI roadmap by collaborating directly with employees to understand their AI development needs, provide guidance on best practices, and remove technical and process barriers. This role translates user feedback into improvements and enhancements in AI tools, infrastructure, and workflows, contributing to a smoother and more effective internal AI development environment.

3. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical partner for employees using Smart AI, advising on best practices and resolving obstacles.
  • Engage with employees across the company to gather requirements, workflows, and challenges related to AI development.
  • Respond to questions regarding Smart AI tools, models, prompts, environments, and development patterns.
  • Identify recurring internal AI community needs and translate these into roadmap requirements.
  • Develop and enhance reusable AI journeys, skills, templates, and system instructions.
  • Contribute to infrastructure improvements that facilitate reliable and consistent internal AI development.
  • Prototype solutions alongside users using AI-assisted development tools.
  • Improve the development environment for vibe coding, including integrations and supporting infrastructure.
  • Transform individual questions into reusable solutions to benefit future users.
  • Collaborate closely with the Smart AI Program lead to align feedback with roadmap execution.
  • Conduct office hours, workshops, and enablement sessions to build employee AI capabilities.
  • Create documentation, guidance, and examples for new Smart AI capabilities.

4. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in technology roles, preferably within a startup.
  • Engineering background or substantial hands-on experience with AI development tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies independently.
  • Strong empathy for users new to advanced technologies.
  • Proven skill in identifying and resolving user roadblocks.
  • Proactive approach to improving and automating processes.
  • Ability to recognize patterns in user feedback and develop repeatable solutions.
  • Effective communication across varying technical skill levels.
  • Competence in shifting between requirements gathering and solution implementation.
  • Judgement to differentiate isolated issues from systemic problems.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
