Job Description
Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a Field Education & Adoption AI Associate to support the education, engagement, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the Wealth Management field — our nationwide network of Financial Advisors and field management teams. This role will sit within the Field Education & Adoption Team and will focus on helping Regional AI Specialists, Field Leadership, Financial Advisors, and Support Professionals understand, apply, and adopt AI tools in practical, consistent, and compliant ways.
This is a hands-on, hybrid, field-facing role for someone who is highly organized, AI-curious or AI-fluent, and comfortable building relationships across branch, market, regional, and Home Office audiences. The successful candidate will spend meaningful time engaging directly with managers, Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, Regional AI Specialists, and Home Office partners to understand how work gets done, surface practical use cases, strengthen connectivity between the field and national teams, and support adoption through real-time coaching, feedback, and follow-through. The role will also help connect AI adoption to business development by surfacing practical ways Financial Advisors and field teams can use AI to identify opportunities, deepen client engagement, improve follow-up, and support growth-oriented activities for the firm.
