Intelligent Automation & AI Solutions Manager (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Intelligent Automation & AI Solutions Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead the evaluation, design, and deployment of intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflow solutions that improve how healthcare operations run. The position partners closely with operational leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. It also serves as a key technical authority for automation initiatives, with a strong focus on governance, security, and measurable outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,332 – $169,999 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify and design scalable automation and AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• Lead the assessment of business processes to define solution requirements.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of automation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for the Automation & AI function.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements throughout all projects.
• Collaborate with operational teams to streamline workflows and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workflow automation, software development, and AI solution delivery.
• Experience in designing and deploying production automation solutions.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and providing technical guidance.
• Proficiency with automation platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, scripting, and production support.
• Strong skills in assessing business processes and measuring performance outcomes.
