UX Designer - AI

For our client, we are seeking a UX Designer - AI to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex digital products with a strong focus on AI-enabled workflows. You will own the UX process from discovery through validated design, helping translate sophisticated system behavior into clear, usable interactions. The position partners closely with product management and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure human judgment, accessibility, and usability remain central to the experience.

You will also conduct research, build prototypes, and create production-ready interface designs that support data-intensive enterprise use cases.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own UX activities from discovery to validated design for AI capabilities.
• Translate complex software lifecycle activities into usable product experiences.
• Design human-AI interactions to communicate system status and recommendations clearly.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and production-ready interface designs.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability studies with internal and external users.
• Ensure human judgment remains central in design reviews and user experiences.
• Work closely with product managers to refine requirements and prioritize user needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, interaction design, HCI, visual design, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional UX design experience for complex digital products.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design including discovery, prototyping, and deployment.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design and usability principles.
• Proficient in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience with enterprise applications that involve data-intensive workflows.
• Knowledge of accessibility practices and inclusive design.
